Men’s professional volleyball Hyundai Capital remained a beautiful loser in the championship match (champion match, 5 matches, 3 wins).

Hyundai Capital scored a set score of 2-3 (25-23, 25-13, 22-25, 17-25, 11-15) in the 3rd match of the 2022-23 Dodram V-League men’s championship against Korean Air held at Cheonan Yu Gwan-soon Gymnasium on the 3rd. ) was defeated. Everything was perfect until the second set. However, in the 3rd to 5th sets, it collapsed as if possessed. Hyundai Capital finished this championship with a series record of 3 draws and 3 losses.

Amid cheers from the home fans, the court came out. The players of Hyundai Capital showed their strength. From the beginning, he showed light movements and confident spikes. In particular, the vitality that Libero Park Kyung-min instilled in him seemed to give him strength throughout the first set. He kicked the ball over the court boundary fence and flew to the location where the photographers were filming, colliding with a structure. After that, he showed his fighting spirit by jumping onto the court. Hyundai Capital players showed more powerful play afterwards.

Korean Air’s strength was also not to be overlooked. He did not allow Hyundai Capital to run away. However, in 19-19, middle blocker (center) Park Sang-ha blocked Kwak Seung-seok’s quick open and stepped on the 20-point high first. Throughout the first set, Lincoln Williams’ ‘knock-off’ attack gave up points, but in the following situation, Lincoln tried to pass the ball to the Hyundai Capital court, but Oreol hit it right away and put it into the opponent’s court to score. Hyundai Capital, who led 24-22, easily filled the remaining one point.

Hyundai Capital, which gained momentum, pushed the second set as well. In 5-5, Heo Soo-bong succeeded in a pipe (back attack) with setter Kim Myung-gwan in perfect harmony, and ran away with one more point due to the opponent’s four-hit error. Kim Seon-ho, who was put in as a starter that day, succeeded in his spike serve and blew air into the burning momentum, and Oreol blocked the opponent’s main gun Ji-seok Jeong’s quick open, creating the largest score difference (score 10-5) in this match.

Hyundai Capital did not get carried away with the rising trend and steadily scored. Heo Soo-bong served as a sub-ace at 17-10, contributing to Hyundai Capital winning the game. Korean Air prepared the next set, excluding key players such as Han. Hyundai Capital took the second set by a whopping 12 points.

The 3rd set was pushed. In 5-6, Jeong Ji-seok allowed two consecutive serve aces and gave up momentum. He pursued steadily and kept the range, and ahead of entering 20 points, Heo Soo-bong blocked Jung Ji-seok’s quick open and changed the atmosphere again. In 18-19, Soo-Bong Heo flies up from behind the back attack line and scores the ball, which Oreol and Myung-Kwan Kim barely saved, and it was tied. However, Lincoln’s diagonal open attack could not be stopped, so he eventually gave up a set.   스포츠토토

I also borrowed 4 sets from Korean Air, which showed its potential. Receive faltered and he scored 6 points in a row and was pushed back to 0-7 with an offensive error. Hyundai Capital coach Choi Tae-woong also prepared for the 5th set after the opponent entered the 10-point range, excluding the starting players.

But this choice became poison. He lost momentum to his opponent by giving away two sets (3 and 4) in a row, and the main players showed a stiff appearance at the beginning of the 5th set. Heo Soo-bong was blocked in a row and was pushed back in the momentum fight. It was triggered late, but the score difference was already widening. In the end, I became a boomerang because I lost too much energy in the beginning of long-distance running.

Coach Tae-Woong Choi and Hyundai Capital players tried to surpass the team (Korean Air) with numerous tactical changes. He had to overcome the bad news of the injury of the main gun Jeon Gwang-in. It is difficult to judge the fighting spirit of Hyundai Capital entirely in a series that did not win even one win. Although it became the victim of Korean Air’s first treble and three consecutive combined championships, the players warmed up spring volleyball with supporting roles.
