The Korea Women’s Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) held a regular general meeting and approved the 2023 business plan.

KLPGA held the ‘2023 KLPGA General Assembly’ at the Textile Center located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 14th.

KLPGA reported and approved internal and external audits, business plans, and budget plans on this day. Last year’s KLPGT business report, settlement of accounts, and business plan, which were decided at the regular shareholders’ meeting of the Korea Women’s Professional Golf Tour (KLPGT) on the 9th, were also reported.

It also approved the agenda to amend the contents of the articles of incorporation for efficient operation. New directors Min-sun Kim, Eun-young Shin, and Jeong-hwa Lee were elected as executives through a vote of delegates who attended the general meeting. 안전놀이터

At this meeting, Chairman Kim Jeong-tae said, “As the president of the KLPGA, I have received interest and support from many people over the past two years. I am grateful to all those who have participated in various changes and attempts with an open mind for the development of the association.”

Chairman Kim pledged, “This year, 75 tournaments and total prize money of about 34 billion won, the largest regular, dream, jump, and champions tours will be held.

In addition, he emphasized, “This year, we will strengthen welfare by implementing customized education for members, and fulfill our social responsibility to share the love that KLPGA has received through social contribution activity programs and expansion of the youth golf base.”
