The offense exploded from the start. However, the starting pitcher was replaced early.

Hanwha Eagles’ Kim Min-woo started the seventh game of the season against the Lotte Giants at Sajik Stadium in Busan on Thursday.

Kim had struggled this season, going 1-6 with a 6.93 ERA in 11 starts. However, he seemed to turn it around on April 8 against the Doosan Bears, pitching five innings of two-run ball (one earned).

The Lotte game was Kim’s second win of the season. The Hanwha bats scored three runs in the first inning and two in the second to take the pressure off Kim.토토사이트

Min-woo started off the inning by striking out the first batter, Hwang Sung-bin. He gave up a walk to Jeon Jun-woo, but retired Rex and Ahn Chi-hong in order.

However, in the top of the second, Han Seung-ju appeared in the Hanwha bullpen instead of Kim Min-woo. Kim Min-woo was replaced by Han Seung-ju at the start of the bottom of the second inning.

A Hanwha representative explained, “Kim Min-woo felt discomfort in his shoulder while pitching, so he was replaced to protect the player.” If further injury symptoms are detected, he may be examined at a hospital, but for now, it is believed to be a simple shoulder discomfort. There are no plans to visit a hospital later today.
